Being compliant helps safeguard your customers from fraud and theft, as well as preventing steep penalties for gross negligence. Completing the Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) is mandatory, however we offer it with no PCI fees to our customers. Our process allows most merchants to complete their SAQ in just a few minutes. If you do not complete your SAQ within 30 days of becoming a customer, we do charge a monthly NON COMPLIANCE fee until you are compliant.
