NO PCI Compliance Fees
No annual fees, No termination fees, No PCI Compliance fees. That’s right!
PCI Compliance Fees
Each week we receive calls asking about PCI Compliance fees. Many merchant services companies blatantly lie to merchants, telling them that PCI fees are required by law or regulation. Nothing could be further from the truth. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express require PCI compliance by merchants, but they do not mandate fees. These PCI fees are charged by your credit card processor as new top line revenue. The PCI compliance fees do not help the merchant. If you are a business owner, just say NO to PCI Compliance Fees.
Although we offer our merchants no PCI fees, Payment Card Industry (PCI) Compliance is very important to you and your business. Being compliant helps safeguard your customers from fraud and theft, as well as preventing steep penalties for gross negligence. Completing the Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) is mandatory, however we offer it with no PCI fees to our customers. Our process allows most merchants to complete their SAQ in just a few minutes. If you do not complete your SAQ within 30 days of becoming a customer, we do charge a monthly NON COMPLIANCE fee until you are compliant.
- PCI Compliance fees are just another way for most credit card processing companies to make more money when they open your merchant account.
- PCI Compliance fees can be avoided by cutting costs and managing resources on our end and on our processors end, not on the merchant’s end.
- PCI Compliance fees do not help the merchant become PCI compliant and protect cardholder data any more than if the merchant was charged no PCI fees in the first place.
